Appointment Cancellations and Refund Policy

Springfield Giants Inc reserves the right to modify training plans, practice dates and times at any time during an active or inactive membership or single training session for both paid and/or sponsored sessions and/or events. 

Refunds are ineligible once sessions have begun. Memberships are non transferable and cannot be paused during the designated period of time. By training with Springfield Giants Inc the end user and all parties accompanying end user agree to our waiver of liability policy. 

Donations are noted as non refundable.
